Southernmost Tattoo has been the first legal tattoo shop in Key West since 2007. Located at 712 A Duval Street in the heart of Old Town, the studio serves both locals and the millions of visitors who pass through Key West each year. The shop maintains a $100 minimum and specializes in custom tattoos, walk-ins, and professional body piercing.

The studio employs seven resident artists working across multiple styles including illustrative neotraditional, fine line and botanical, custom color realism, ornamental, and traditional Americana. The team also includes a master piercer certified in advanced techniques including dermal anchors and microdermals.
